Last updated: 7 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iJLi TECH ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and Services, including our e-Tender services, digital marketing services, and business assistant services.

1. Information We Collect

Category	Examples
Contact details	Name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address
Service details	Selected service, subscription type, business/trade details you share with us
Communication	Messages sent via WhatsApp, callback requests, and support conversations
Payment details	Transaction status and amount — card/bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway, not stored by us

2. How We Use Your Information

• To set up and deliver the service(s) you subscribe to (tender alerts, digital marketing, business registration assistance)
• To contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your subscription or request
• To process payments and send billing-related communication
• To improve our Services and respond to support queries

3. WhatsApp & Callback Requests

If you choose "Chat with us on WhatsApp" or "Request a callback," we use the mobile number you provide solely to reach out to you about your enquiry or subscription. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you on WhatsApp at any time.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Payment gateway providers, solely to process your subscription payment
• Government portals/authorities, only where required to submit a tender, registration, or filing on your behalf, and only with your instruction
• Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. hosting, messaging tools), under confidentiality obligations

5. Payment Information

Payments made through our Subscribe page are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers; the gateway provider's own privacy policy governs how that data is handled.

6. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us to update, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out through WhatsApp or the contact details on our Enquire Now page. Please note that deleting certain information may affect our ability to continue an active subscription.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

9. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact us via WhatsApp or the details on our Enquire Now page.
